5. Fees and Refunds

 

 

All submission fees paid to Lifestyle Spectrum International Film Festival (LSIFF) are non-refundable.

 

Due to the nature of the review and selection process, refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Withdrawn submissions

  • Disqualified submissions

  • Films not selected for screening or awards

 

 

 

 

6. Intellectual Property and Promotional Use

 

 

By submitting a film, filmmakers grant LSIFF a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use:

 

  • Film stills

  • Trailers

  • Excerpts (up to a reasonable length)

  • Titles and filmmaker names

 

 

for promotional, marketing, and festival-related purposes, including the website, social media, and press materials.

 

Ownership of the film remains with the filmmaker.

 

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

 

LSIFF shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or technical issues arising from:

 

  • Website downtime

  • Submission platform errors

  • File corruption or upload failures

 

 

Filmmakers are responsible for ensuring their submission materials are complete and accurate.

 

 

 

8. Modifications to Terms

 

 

LSIFF reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.

 

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
